Vegetarian Indian Cooking HOSF 9176

Our Vegetarian Indian Cooking course allows you to explore new ingredients and techniques through a survey of classic vegetarian dishes from India. Learn to work with paneer, cauliflower, eggplant, potatoes, spinach, chickpeas, lentils, many other vegetables, and a variety of spices to create delicacies such as pakoras, aloo gobi, vegetable biryani, tandoori gobi, paneer kebabs, baingan bharta, channa bhatura, saag paneer, and more.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9283 Vegetarian Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
