Our Workplace Respect and Inclusion for Construction Trades course teaches you how to create and participate in a respectful and inclusive workplace. Learn to build stronger, safer, and more inclusive construction workplaces through practical learning that is easy to apply on the job. Develop the skills you need to communicate respectfully, work effectively with diverse teams, contribute to a positive job-site culture, prevent discrimination and harassment, support your colleagues, and create an environment where everyone can succeed.
This course is offered by George Brown Polytechnic Continuing Education in partnership with the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) and BuildForce Canada. It has been recognized by the CCA as Gold Seal accredited training with CCA credit value.
