Our Skin Care 3 course helps you gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and intense pulsed light (IPL) photofacial skin care treatments. Using the latest technology and products, learn to perform advanced customized treatments for anti-aging purposes and for various conditions (such as acne, pigmentation, rosacea, and dilated capillaries). Study the theoretical differences between IPL and laser equipment, and consider the alternative anti-aging treatments currently on the market. Practice what you learn by performing services – on classmates, models, and clients – in the classroom and in the school spa. Public health standards, personal appearance, professionalism, etiquette, and communication are integral parts of this course.
