Our Restaurant Operations and Entrepreneurship course provides you with an overview of the many areas that must be considered when planning and/or operating a new food service facility, including the concept, the marketing strategy, the menu, human resources, layout, and design. Learn how to develop a plan that prepares you to launch a new business while also considering the unique challenges of the restaurant industry.
