Our Plumbing House 2024 course is an overview/refresher course for experienced practitioners. This building code course reviews plumbing plans and drawings for a typical house. The curriculum focuses on the Division B Part 7 provisions of the Ontario Building Code (OBC) that relate to inspections; the terminology associated with drainage, venting, and water systems; and plumbing system theory.

Prerequisites

You must have a general understanding of the building construction process and basic blueprint reading skills.

Note(s)

This course can help you prepare to write the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH) Plumbing–House 2024 exam (not included). The MMAH exam is administered by Humber Polytechnic. For more information, visit the Ontario Building Code Examinations website.
