Our Home Inspection for Structure course focuses on the inspection of the structural elements of a building, including footings, foundations, and roof frames. Learn about the elements that comprise sound construction as well as how to identify common problems and their implications.
This course is recognized by the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) as an accredited home inspection course and meets part of the requirements for becoming a registered home inspector (RHI).
