Our Agile Project Management for IT course teaches you how to identify IT projects that would benefit from the use of an agile methodology and how to achieve maximum benefits from that methodology. Learn how to plan an agile project, how to collect stakeholder requirements iteratively, and how to plan project iterations. Focus on managing the requirements queue, and get the tips and tricks you need to prioritize requirements and balance new requirements with re-work. Also explore the concept of DevOps.
